The location is excellent, with various restaurants and shopping nearby. The room cleanliness was inconsistent, and some areas felt outdated. Golf course access is close by, which is a plus. The breakfast needed better variety.

The hotel is super close to lots of restaurants and shopping, making it easy to find really good places to eat just a few steps away, like Newk's Eatery and Taco Bell, plus I enjoyed a nice stroll to Hamilton Place Mall which is only about a kilometer away, really making my weekend a joy as I soaked in the local vibe; the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with friendly staff, but it could really use a few more amenities to make the stay even better.

The spacious room was a highlight, with comfortable beds and hefty towels, but the rest fell flat. Arriving to a rude front desk encounter, I was informed they don't rent to locals, a detail buried on their website. Breakfast was a disappointment—just a muffin and a bar in a bag—while the cleanliness of the hallways and the musty room dampened the experience. Surprisingly, the housekeeping staff did an exceptional job. Still, management's indifference and disorganization made the stay feel unwelcoming. Definitely not the best choice when moving, given the overall atmosphere.

Big, clean room. Comfortable bed and good shower. The AC unit was quiet and effective. Staff at reception were pleasant, but the service wasn’t always reliable. Lack of vital information regarding internet access, breakfast times, and check-out left much to be desired. Close proximity to shopping, with restaurants within walking distance. poor navigation led to confusion upon arrival. Disappointing that I found stained sheets, and while I was moved, management never followed up. This left me with an unsettled feeling, especially when my email for receipt went unaddressed. Fair price, but not worth the lack of attentiveness. Would consider other options next time.

The bed was excellent, providing plush support after a long day. the heater was very loud and hard to regulate, making it challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature. The cheap windows allowed interstate noise to seep in, disrupting sleep. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom showcasing a superb shower. Breakfast was lacking; a paper bag with a granola bar and muffin didn't meet expectations. Accessibility was great, with entrances on all four sides, but the breakfast situation felt more like an inconvenience than a hospitality promise.

The room was spacious and had thick towels. The location was fantastic, near various restaurants and attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in retrieving a valuable item I had left behind before 6 am.
The breakfast options were disappointing, with little to choose from. The beds were smaller than expected, being full size instead of queens.

The Wingate By Wyndham in Chattanooga is ideally situated near the highway and various dining options. The staff was welcoming and responsive to our needs. the breakfast lacked variety, offering mostly oatmeal, and the room showed signs of wear and tear that need attention.

clean room, clean bathroom with comfortable beds and plenty of towels provided for all 4 guests in our party, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable.

My recent stay at the Wingate was a bit of a mixed bag. First off, the room itself was a bit disappointing. The decor felt outdated, and the bathroom was on the smaller side. I was surprised to find out that the supposedly queen beds were actually full-size - not a deal-breaker, but definitely worth noting. On the upside, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the interstate and plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff during check-out were friendly and helpful, which was a nice touch. there were a few issues that really stood out to me. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired - I found a total of 13 bugs during my stay, which was quite off-putting. the breakfast offering was lackluster, with stale muffins and a limited selection. One other major downside was the response I received from the front desk regarding the hotel's breakfast hours and a Google Maps issue. I felt the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful in addressing these concerns. my stay at the Wingate had its ups and downs. While there were some positives like the friendly staff and convenient location, the cleanliness and customer service aspects left something to be desired. I'm not sure if I would choose to stay here again in the future.

From enjoying the seasonal celebrations to renting a paddleboat, the whole family had a blast. The daytime cruises were informative, and the event space options were perfect for our needs.
My wife says that more kid-friendly breakfast options would be great.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up Northgate for some serious shopping and then cruising on the lake with a super cool guide who told us all about the city! The room was so clean and modern, perfect for sharing some inside jokes and late-night chats after our adventures.
If there was more of a party vibe in the evenings, with music and fun activities, it would've been epic for us teenagers looking for a wild time! .

I had a blast exploring historic places and dining in the city. The evening Manager's Reception was a nice touch. The large shopping complex nearby was a shopaholic's dream come true.
Lovely electrical plugs in the bathroom, forcing me to style my hair at the room desk. How delightful!

During my Christmas stay, the staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of options to start my day off right. The location was perfect, close to both shopping areas and fantastic dining spots. I felt safe and secure in the well-lit surroundings, adding an extra layer of comfort to my stay.
On the downside, the breakfast offerings were a bit disappointing, with only basic items like coffee, juice, and pre-packaged snacks. I believe they could improve on this aspect to provide a more satisfying dining experience for guests.

stayed at wingate for a night and had a good experience. the room was clean and of good size, the linens were crisp, and the bathroom was nice and clean. the receptionist was very friendly, and the hotel's location made it easy to unload and load the car.

Our experience at this hotel was a mixed bag, but there were definitely some highlights. We loved the fact that they catered to guests with physical handicaps, as it made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were also a plus, and the 24-hour reception was helpful for any late-night needs. The snack bar and fitness studio were convenient amenities, and the lift made it easy to access different floors. The room itself was well-equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, and the business center was a great feature for those needing to catch up on work. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to endless shopping options and just outside of the city of Chattanooga.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. While the overall cleanliness was decent, there were a few issues that were hard to overlook.

the hotel was clean and comfy–we slept like babies on their new mattresses. it's so close to nashville, and we found some awesome local spots. the breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all super helpful and friendly.
